They download but you have to select Install (in the Downloads Manager list) for each and go through the installation process. But, for other things, like Instruments, there is a 2-step process. For things like Soundpools, they download and install.
Since you are on a new computer, you have nothing installed except the program, so you have to click on the Download button (make sure that you are logged in to the Store), and download and install everything. When you activate an edition, as you did on the new computer, the Downloads list gets populated, and any outstanding credits are shown at the bottom of the various pages of the Store. Thus, you will not see "Music Maker 2020 Premium Edition" in the downloads list, only the various elements. What you get when you purchase an "edition" you get Features, Presets, Instruments and Soundpools, some of which are added to the download list, and others for which you receive credits to choose which ones you want. What do I do? How do I activate my program on this there is no such program as "Music Maker 2020 Premium Edition" only Music Maker and it's free. I go to my downloads section, and there's nothing about Music Maker 2020 Premium Edition in there, just all my purchased content from when I had it activated on my old PC. If I click purchase, it just gives me payment options to buy another copy of the program.
I already own all content from this serial number, etc.

I put my serial number in again, I get the same result. I go to activate edition, and it pulls up the same dialog box I already tried to put my serial number into. There's no "download", just "activate edition" and "purchase". When I enter my serial number into the program on my new PC, it tells me "You already own all content from this serial number, you can download this in the Store." I go into the store, and I look at the corresponding entry (Music Maker 2020 Premium Edition). I've uninstalled it on the old PC already. I'm trying to move my Music Maker 2020 installation from my old PC to my new one.
